TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Confidentiality
Company information may be used by a third party for the purpose of credit checks.
Drug Screeners are compliant with the Privacy Act 1993 and will only release results to authorised personal.
Documents will be stored safely in a lockable filing cabinet and destroyed after 7 years from the date of screening.
2. Insurance
Drug Screeners are insured for Professional Indemnity and Public Liability.
3. IP
All documents and products supplied by Drug Screeners to the client remain intellectual property of Drug
Screeners and shall not be disclosed to third parties.
4. Prices
Prices are excluding GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change and quotes are valid for 30 days.
Any additional services not quoted will be added to the final invoice. Invoices are expected to be paid by the 20th of
the month unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Any unpaid amounts will incur fees.
5. Fees
In the event the Client fails to make payment of the Fees to Drug Screeners as contemplated in the Agreement,
Drug Screeners shall have the right to cease all duties at the Premises until such time the Client makes all payments due
and owing to the Contractor. In the event Client fails to make any payment of fees due and owing to the Contractor within 5 days of such payment being due, the Contractor shall have the right to breach the failure of such payment as a material breach of the Agreement and shall have the right to terminate the Agreement and not complete duties contemplated therein.
Any fees that aren’t paid shall incur interest on the overdue amount at the rate of 2% per month calculated from the date of the invoice until the full and final payment. Any debt will be passed on to a debt collection agency and the Client will be liable for all costs and expenses incurred through the agency in addition to the owed amount.
6. Credit Check
Using our services you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of information to a third party for the purpose of verifying any information. Credit checks may be run by a reporting agency for the purpose relating to the provision prior to carrying out services. Debt recovery including appointing an agent to collect and outstanding debts and listing defaults with a credit reporting agency. Personal information may be held by a credit reporting agency. This information may be used for the purpose of credit checking or debt collection for a lawful purpose. Checking the Ministry of Justice fines database for any overdue fines I may have. This will require our giving the Ministry of Justice your information. This check may be carried out by a credit reporting agency, which will require the search results to be disclosed to the credit reporting agency. Where you have voluntarily given us your driver license information, this information may also be disclosed to a credit reporting agency and the Ministry of Justice as part of the checks you undertake with them.
